If you’re moving to New Braunfels and want to be close to the sparkling Comal or the splashy Guadalupe, these 5 neighborhoods need to be on your radar.
Landa Park Highlands is one of the central neighborhoods in New Braunfels that has easy access to Landa Park and the park’s golf course. Don’t worry about ever packing up the car to head to the water because the Comal River is a flip-flop-clacking stroll away from every front door. Schlitterbahn Waterpark is nearby for the kids to enjoy in the summer, and New Braunfels High School is within walking distance as well.
