About Frank Baker
Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Frank attended Stephen F. Austin State University after high school where he earned a BBA, majoring in Finance with a minor in Management. After graduating, Frank then worked in the restaurant business for 15 years, with the last position being the General Manager of The Gristmill in Gruene, TX. Frank then became a Certified Residential Appraiser in Texas and has been appraising real estate since 2000. He continues to perform residential appraisals, but obtained his real estate sales license so that he could help others with their home buying/selling needs. “I’m a people person and love serving others. I’m just not being fulfilled in that way through appraising. I love real estate appraising, but I’m missing the socializing aspect and directly serving others.”
Frank has knowledge of all types of residential properties within the counties of Comal, Guadalupe, Bexar, and Kendall, as well as the cities of La Vernia and San Marcos. “My real estate appraisal experience aids me in listing properties appropriately for sellers as well as fair offering prices when representing buyers. I try to live my life based on Christian principles, applying integrity and sound moral ethics and principles into my real estate practice.”
Frank is married to his wife (Angela, 28 years), and has two grown children (Devin and Mallory). He has resided in the Canyon Lake/New Braunfels area for 20 years. He has been involved in the community by serving seven years on the Comal ISD Board of Trustees, the last year as the President. Frank is a member of Oakwood Baptist Church as well as a member of the Canyon Lake Masonic Lodge. His passion ministry is serving the homeless and under privileged in his community by working with the GUMC’s ‘Church under the Bridge’ and New Braunfels Harvest Pantry.
