About Lisa Hood
I am a Hurricane Harvey survivor! I am now a stronger and better person with a renewed appreciation for life and the people who make my life worth living. The overwhelming compassion and kindness I received from friends and strangers in the aftermath of that catastrophe rekindled my faith in humanity. It inspires me daily to “pay it forward.” I treat my clients and colleagues with the dignity and honesty that everyone desires and deserves. In our modern world of technology, people often neglect actual human interaction. But I know nothing can replace old-fashioned personal contact. I am a straightforward country girl with an honest no-nonsense approach to business. I walk clients through the daunting task of buying or selling real estate. After raising three wonderful children and being a teacher for many years, I have a great deal of patience. I have been a rancher, a self-employed artist, an entrepreneur and syndicated columnist and have traveled the world extensively. My diverse background and life experiences enable me to build rapport with almost anyone. I realize that everyone’s situation is unique to them. I take the time to get to know each client to discover their motivation so I can assist them in the best possible way. I recently moved from the Texas coast to the Hill Country and serve clients in both markets. I am proud to represent the number one real estate company in the world—Keller Williams—founded by my Baylor classmate, Gary Keller. He established a business model that is unique in the real estate profession with the noble priorities of God first, then Family and then Business. If any deal is not a Win-Win, then I do not pursue it.
