William was extremely flexible when it came to viewing houses that my wife and I really wanted to see and no matter the situation was always able to get us a viewing scheduled as soon as physically possible. We were discouraged quite a few times with the condition of several of the homes we viewed and William saw that but was always able to cheer us up with more fresh new listings comparable to the ones prior. He knows the ins and outs of the Real Estate business and has a lot of professional contacts in the business to be successful in what he does and that’s what really got us the home we finally fell in love with and in an amazing community for more than $20,000 cheaper than other houses in the area. William loves what he does and it truly shows in the level of care and attention he provides and we are truly thankful for his assistance and will refer him to everyone that we can. About William Cole
