About Lacey Smith
Lacey began her journey in real estate in 2017 as a real estate agent with Keller Williams Heritage, where she quickly gained invaluable experience. After a year, she transitioned to agent relations within KW, which evolved into a compliance role, reviewing agent contracts and related forms to ensure smooth operations behind the scenes. This role also provided her with the tools to coach new agents, helping them understand how the forms work in real estate and guiding them toward success. Seeking to broaden her horizons, Lacey briefly ventured into wholesaling and home flipping. Though this experience was short-lived, it deepened her understanding of the many different aspects of the real estate industry. In 2022, she joined The Lakefront Group as a Listing Manager. In this role, she prepares properties for market, monitors their performance and exposure, and manages marketing initiatives while maintaining daily interactions with the community through social media. Outside of her professional life, Lacey embraces the country lifestyle and finds inspiration from the back of a horse. Her dedication to hard work and passion for real estate drive her to deliver exceptional results for her clients and team. Born and raised in Mexico, I am excited to begin my journey in real estate. I’m a good listener and know how to connect with people. I believe it is always important to put the client’s needs first and to understand exactly what they want in order to provide them with the service they deserve, ensuring that everyone wins! I will take every opportunity to learn every day and become an excellent real estate agent. I know how to treat people with respect and give them confidence in the person they are working with.
