Hunter Croan has been in real estate since 2006. From 2008 through 2016 he was among the top individual producers at Keller Williams in New Braunfels, and the top individual producer in most of those years.

In 2017 he founded The Lakefront Group to focus on waterfront homes, and soon after, The Hill Country Luxury Group for New Braunfels neighborhoods, acreage, and luxury homes off the water. As a Broker Associate with Keller Williams Heritage, he now leads both teams instead of handling his own sales.

New Braunfels sits in the middle of the water he knows best. Lake Dunlap, where he lives, the Comal and Guadalupe Rivers, and Canyon Lake are all close to home, and Lake McQueeney, where he was raised, is just downstream.
