Larkin is a proud graduate of Texas State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a minor in Business Administration. Since becoming a licensed Realtor® in 2015, she has consistently been a top-producing agent, known for her commitment to customer satisfaction and dedication to advocating for her clients’ best interests.

Raised on her family’s ranch in Poth, Texas, Larkin brings a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for helping others to her real estate career. She and her husband, Garrett, live in New Braunfels with their two sons and golden retriever, Roux. Outside of work, Larkin enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and relaxing at their neighborhood river park.
