I am a 7th . Generation Texan and feel so blessed to live in such a great state.

My Wife, Annette Hake (RN) and I live in Bulverde. We have 3 Sons. We are members of

Community Bible Church Bulverde where we volunteer in several groups and Church functions.

I have been a Licensed TREC Professional Inspector (Lic # 10053) Since 2007 and have

enjoyed working with many first-time homebuyers and have found that is one of my passions.

Veteran: US Army, Combat Engineers.

I’ve enjoyed working through UT Austin at TARL producing archeological illustrations for

publication in site reports and journals.

I have started the process of obtaining my private pilot’s license. Looking forward to serving my

clients needs in home ownership.
