Catherine Goodner brings a unique combination of real estate expertise, strategic marketing, home staging, and design experience to every client she serves. Her connection to the Texas Hill Country began in 1985, and today she helps buyers and sellers navigate the New Braunfels and surrounding Hill Country real estate market with confidence.
Catherine’s real estate career began while earning her BBA in Marketing, when she obtained her real estate license and worked with a residential property management and investment company. Years of corporate relocations with her husband, Mark, later gave her firsthand experience with the challenges—and opportunities—that come with buying, selling, and moving to a new community.
As a Realtor, Catherine has a distinct advantage when representing sellers. With nearly two decades as the owner of C Good Staging, LLC, she understands how presentation, positioning, and strategic marketing work together to maximize a home’s appeal. Her staging and design expertise has been trusted by homeowners, investors, builders, and top-producing real estate professionals across a wide range of properties, from investment homes to luxury residences and Parade Homes.
Catherine brings that expertise directly to her real estate clients, helping sellers prepare and position their homes to stand out in the market. Her background in marketing, staging, color, and design allows her to see a property through both a buyer’s and seller’s perspective and identify opportunities others may overlook.

Together with her husband, Mark, Catherine is part of The Goodner Team, serving New Braunfels and the surrounding Texas Hill Country. Their complementary backgrounds in real estate, corporate sales, relocation, marketing, staging, and design allow them to provide clients with a highly personalized and strategic approach to buying and selling real estate.
Known for her warm personality, strong communication skills, and genuine interest in her clients, Catherine believes real estate is ultimately about people, relationships, and helping clients confidently move into their next chapter.
Catherine is also committed to the New Braunfels community and has served in leadership roles with NB Women GO and the Braunfels Foundation Trust, in addition to volunteering with Oakwood Church. Outside of real estate, she enjoys gym workouts, playing tennis, reading, traveling, and spending time with family.
