What Hunter, Frank and the team have done can only be described as superhero kind of stuff. Went under contract Wednesday and closed on Thursday.  I suppose it was on the market 25 days or so and a lightning quick close.  As you said when we started the process, we only needed one buyer, and one buyer is exactly what we found.  Your marketing materials were first class and the market targeting was spot on. Your pictures and video of the property were nothing short of magnificent.  Ashley, in particular, was instrumental in keeping things organized and everyone on track from start to finish.  I could not have asked for a more professional and capable marketing team.  You are the realtors of choice for the area and that reputation is well deserved.  Thank you for a job well done!
