High Achievers: KW New Braunfels Realtors Recognized As Industry Leaders

KW New Braunfels is home to many top-producing, award-winning agents. But along with the production awards, these Realtors are often recognized for their leadership. As we wrap up the last quarter

of 2017, we celebrate the KW New Braunfels Realtors who have been recognized as leaders in their community, earning awards celebrating leadership, seats on executive boards, and recognition of their character.

Hill Country Women’s Council of Realtors, Executive Board Members

The WCR is a nationwide community of 16,000 real estate professionals (the twelfth largest U.S. women’s professional organization). Across the country, executive boards are being named. Earlier this month, the newly-elected executive board positions of the  Hill Country Chapter of the WCR were installed, two out of the six positions filled by  KW New Braunfels Realtors.

Last year’s WCR Executive board saw the election of  Paula Durocher as president, and this year another KW New Braunfels Realtor will serve as president. For the 2018 year,  Jan Boyle (pictured below left) has been named president,  Patti McDaniel (pictured below right) as treasurer, and Raquel Wallace as secretary. All of these exceptional women are Realtors with Keller Williams New Braunfels.

Boyle and the other executive board members will represent one of 26 WCR chapters in Texas.

Hill Country Women’s Council of Realtors, Entrepreneur of the Year

The Women’s Council of REALTORS® Hill Country Entrepreneur of the Year Award is an award that is presented to a member who has exhibited business leadership in their work and community. Awarded to  Pam Smartt (pictured below), one of the namesakes of The Smartt Team, 2017’s Entrepreneur of the Year award recognizes her notable achievement in the real estate.

Four Rivers Association of Realtors, Positive Impact Award

Smartt was also selected as the recipient of the  Four Rivers Association of Realtor’s 2017 Positive Impact award. An involved member of the New Braunfels community, Smartt has served on the New Braunfels Canyon Lake Association of Realtors (NBCLAR) Board of Directors, the NBCLAR Governmental Affairs Committee, the Hill Country Chapter Women’s Council of Realtors, the NBCLAR Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee, and the NBCLAR Scholarship Committee.

Four Rivers Association of Realtors, Board of Directors

The Four Rivers Association of Realtors is a non-profit trade organization offering education, networking, and volunteer opportunities to members across five counties. Representing members from the previous New Braunfels/Canyon Lake, San Marcos, and Seguin Boards, along with Comal, Gonzales, Guadalupe, and Hays counties, the organization recently elected Jim Williams from Keller Williams Seguin as a director. This is Williams’ third year in the director position.
