16 Units, 5 buildings consist of 4 four plexes and 1 storage unit. 2 units and storage building had roof replaced in 2014. The others were repaired by Buhler Roofing and were not need of Replacement (per roofer). All units got new siding and windows. Half of the units were done in 2014 and the remainder in 2016.
