If you are not cool, then this isn't the home for you...it's like if Beetlejuice and Janis Joplin had a baby! Walk into main home with views of the river and bar style courtyard. To the left stick your punk kids or guest you really don't like (both bedrooms have full baths). Walk-through the Last Supper style dining room past the commercial kitchen and sweet living room onto covered patios overlooking the resort-style backyard that features a bocce court, inground trampoline, river bar, firepit, and covered sitting area by the 90 feet of waterfront. For guests who don't suck, put them in guest quarters (sleeps 5) that has it's own entrance, full bar, ice machine and full size fridge covered deck with hot tub and tv. The MB is prone to dirty things so rinse off in the shower or soak in the claw foot tub, watch tv and order more crap from Amazon. Guest house where my evil mother lives is 2 bed/1bath.
