Quiet area, 2/1/1 property with large yards, backs up to a backstreet used only for the middle school across the street. NO houses BEHIND YOU! And far enough from school for privacy still. Large Backyard is fenced between the duplex backyard with side lawn access gate. Inexpensive, established 1970ish area that is peaceful. The school cars do come for pick up appr 3-4 pm and tha is when you will see traffic but other than that, traffic is minimal.
